Responsible for maintaining a home-like environment and day-to-day operations of residential facilities. Maintain confidential records on all individuals, 24 hour On-Call , complete location inventory, (purchasing/cleaning materials etc.), handling consumer finances, scheduling and arranging appointments (doctor, dentist, etc.) as needed, assisting in communicating resident's needs to professionals and communicating information to all other residential staff to ensure all changes and orders from medical professionals are implemented, ensuring medication orders are accurate and legible on MAR's in coordination and collaboration with agency RN, coordinate daily activities of all individuals served (recreational and leisure), ensure adequate staff coverage through scheduling consistently and filling in when needed. Ensures all training is provided and coordinates training opportunities with Human Resources. Maintains an up-to-date inventory of house supplies, groceries and materials, participating ISP meetings, client specific training of staff, disciplinary actions, interviewing and hiring in coordination with Human Resources, completion of required documentation and any other duties assigned.
