I pride myself on the care that I provide and treating each person with compassion, dignity, and respect. i have experience in long term and acute care settings. In the last 8 years have worked directly with Alzheimer's and Dementia. I also have a experience in rehabilitation. Working mostly with hip/knee replacements. When I was the age of 16 starting taking care of a young disabled girl from church, from there I really loved working with people who need care and assistance. I then got a job working at Independent Options at 19yrs old taking care of special needs adults. I had been working in the same company for 20yrs. I started as a DCS then moved up to House Manager. I really enjoy helping others who need help.

I have always been passionate about helping people specially the elderly. I am kind and compassionate as well as hard working. It is hard enough to go through life, but as we get older we loose a lot of the independence we grew to love, and that can be tough to deal with as well as failing health and loss of loved ones. Because of these things I've always enjoyed providing comfort and company as well as help to the elderly.

Feed, bathe and dress patients. Take patient vital signs. Serve meals, make beds and keep rooms clean. Set up medical equipment and assist with some medical procedures. Answer calls for help and observe changes in a patient's condition or behavior.
