I am a caring, empathetic person who loves to help others. I started my caregiving journey at the age of 14. My brother unfortunately became a quadriplegic his sophomore in college. I then worked as a CNA for 3 years. Now I am a Direct Support Professional (DSP), which Is a person that provides care for people with developmental disabilities. What I love most about being a caregiver is knowing I've made a difference in someone's life.

Hello! My name is Brittany and I've been a CNA for 7 years now. I have experience in hospitals, long term care, home care, and travel healthcare. I have a passion for people. I love making people laugh and spending time with them. I love care giving because it gives me a sense of achievement when I've made the persons day and knowing that I'm able to help them in any ways I can. I enjoy meeting new people and learning new things about them and using those learned things to use in the plan of care. I always strive for excellence in anything that I do. If I don't do a good job I figure out a way to do better! One personal achievement I am proud of that I am young and I've achieved many goals I have set for myself in the last couple years!

I can be a very good caregiver because I make sure that when I am work that I get the job done. I also might remind the client to take some medicine if they are supposed to. I also help out with meal prep if need and do house hold chores that they might need help with. I also make sure that if they need help with bathing that I help with that to. I am also a good listener and I enjoy there company as much as they enjoy mine because sometimes people just need to talk to someone new.

I am hardworking, motivated, patient, always willing to lend a hand, trustworthy, caring. I've always wanted to work in health care, I started as a CNA, I've always liked helping others out when I can, I like taking care of others. So that made me want to be a caregiver. What I enjoy about being a caregiver is forming a bond with an individual and being a support system for them. Helping others to be independent. A personal achievement I am proud of is overcoming being quiet and shy. I was always a shy person and very quiet. I would never speak up or try new things. I didn't like change, it made me uncomfortable. So after I graduated highschool. I got my first full time job, It was a new environment to me and new people. So I finally told myself, it's okay! I met so many new people and began to speak up more and not be so shy.

I love to have fun and make people smile! I love to do activities and try to help people have fun doing things like crafts, hobbies, cooking, etc. I have always loved helping others and I enjoy being a caregiver so I can meet new people including sometimes their family! As a caregiver it's important to be kind, patient, compassionate and a hardworker. I love to stay busy and I thrive at cleaning, organizing and cooking.

I have five years experience as a Home Health Aide, and am currently in school to obtain my LPN. I have experience with hospice care, and volunteer at the Hart Comfort House whenever I can. I try not to take myself too seriously, and consider any shift where I can make my client laugh or smile to be a success.

I love working with the senior population. I have several years experience. My first job as a teen was even in senior living. I am looking for part time hours and look forward to helping with your loved one.

My name is Tosha, and I have been an LPN for almost 10 years. As a nurse, some of my personality traits that help me excel in this role are empathy, patience, and attentiveness. I genuinely care about others and enjoy providing support to those in need. What attracted me to being a nurse was the opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life. Being able to help others and provide them with comfort and care brings me a sense of fulfillment and purpose. One of the things I enjoy most about being a nurse is the meaningful connections I form with the individuals I care for. Building trust and being there for them during challenging times is incredibly rewarding. As for a personal achievement I'm proud of, I once helped a patient regain their independence after a serious injury. It took a lot of dedication and hard work, but seeing them regain their confidence and achieve their goals was truly gratifying.
