Stacey has been a shining light for our family during a very difficult time. She has gone above and beyond her contracted duties to treat my parents like family, and has put in extra hours when needed. She continues to be a vital part of our care team. collaborating with hospice and our family, identifying and addressing needs as they arrive. She has the emotional intelligence of a highly trained counselor, remained insightful and caring during crises and brought a sense of calm to my parents and the rest of our family as we made the difficult decision to move Dad to a higher level of care.
