My name is Nichole Burgess. I am a professional caregiver who has 10 years experience working with clients. I have a masters degree in forensic psychology and an associates degree in science. I have worked in the healthcare industry for 15 years. I enjoy helping people and providing services to those in need. I am self motivated and like to encourage individuals to do their best. I was attracted to being a caregiver due to my ability to nature others. Having a large family is why I enjoy being helpful. I understand that certain information can not be disclosed without the patient's consent or knowledge. I have 3 years working in a facility setting. While working in a facility setting, I have worked with individuals who have had mental conditions from dementia,Alzheimer's, schizophrenia, and depression. I am trained in de-escalation techniques as well as interventions, and the majority of my training was provided through my employers, as well as my education. While in school I studied Latin, and Spanish.
