I love caring for seniors. I have compassion and am dedicated to the individual. I don't just see this as a job, I see this as a relationship. I put a lot of heart into caring for them and bring them hope and love as well as tend to their physical needs. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver are the stories and bonds that come with the job. Learning so much about seniors' lives and what they did in the past is inspiring and can be so rewarding. One personal achievement that I am very proud of is that I gave a senior who never smiled, hope and quality of life when I implemented activities in her home and carried them out with myself and other aides. She started to smile and enjoy life a little more. I try to do that with all my clients.
