My client had several health issues. He was in the early stages of dementia. Over time it worsened. He had high blood pressure, diabetes and prostate cancer. He had a stroke about 15 years before. Which slightly affected his right side. Meals were prepared, lite housekeeping, grooming and laundry was done. It wasn't limited to what's listed above. He past away July 2021
