I was hired as a chha, to take care of me kushner, helping with ADL, my job description involved but not limited, bath, dressing, grooming, meal prep, administered medication, made appointment and drove him to his appointments, create activities that will challenge his mental state, also fun , walks, ROM. he loves when I give him therapeutic massage which I'm certified in, made sure his environment was always clean , laundry, ran arrands as required, I got his wife and care team involved in everything I did , I organized his home for safety and comfort. I became apart of the family and as a team player I love every bit of my experience working with him, after he passed in October of 2017 his wife hire me as a companion when she will need me for various jobs I was always there.
