I am dependable, on time and not a call off person, unless absolutely necessary. I Love to help people, not just in my work, also wherever i am and someone needs help, i feel a calling and a sense of pride in doing so. I have been working with assisted living for the past 15 years and also took care of my Mother in my home after she became a double leg amputee. When i started out in this field, it was just to have a job, now its what i Love to do and in my experience, the field needs more people like me. It takes someone who's caring and compassionate, able to adapt to changes in a persons needs and strong for their individuals when they cant be for themselves.
