Hello and welcome to my profile. My name is Zachary Oswald and I hope to be your helper. I am 34 years old and have been in health care for a little over 13 years currently. I have a very wide range of experience so far on my journey. I am CNA, PCT, CBRF and CPR certified. I have lots of experience in and out of facilities all the way up to hospitals & clinics and have been able to work with everything from basic needs to full assist, as well as in home care, rehabilitation, long term and short term care. I like to believe I am very well rounded. I am a current nursing student going for my RN currently. I take pride in my work by providing best care possible within my abilities. I am very passionate about this line of work and have been from a young age since I grew up taking care of several family members. So if I'm taking care of your family they will be treated like they were my own allowing me to give them top notch care.

I am very loyal, protective, intuitive, and caring. I have 21 plus years experience in caregiving. Being a caregiver is not for everyone, but what sets me apart from most is I am a natural empath. Working with people in general requires a natural nurturer; which I am. Helping people young or old allows me to experience people on a different scale. I realised caregiving was my calling about 20 years ago. I was offered a private position and I fell in love with it. I enjoy many aspects of being a caregiver. Everyone is different, so I enjoy learning new things about people. I can honestly say I find it fascinating to have the opportunity to help people from all walks of life. I also am proud to say it takes a special individual to overcome adversities and have a positive outlook even after difficult or complicated experiences.

I am a retired RN and looking for some one in the home, who needs a private caregiver part-time. I am honest and will provide very kind, high quality care. Prior to my most recent job I was employed by NHC home care in Panama City from 2002 to 2016.

I have worked as LPN in nursing home in Ga. for 16 years and need work while her in Plantcity,FL. I have experience in one on one care and a fast paced Nursing home setting. I have taken care of my mother when she had stage 4 lung cancer and passed last dec. I kept her at home the whole time. Now I have time to work again.She put up a fight which lasted 17 months and it really had the ups and downs as expected.I can show empathy but also have the judgement to know what to do at what stage.I have the confidence to use my own judgement or seek help if needed.I will do light house work and also run erands if needed.I have worked as a cna while working under my lpn title so I would know what to expect from cna's working with me and not push them when its not possible to do. I have been described as being to nice but I do not think that is possible.I consider the patient first above anything.

I relocated to Florida after retiring as an RN for 30 years. I have volunterred with various programs, including food pantry after hurraine Michael. I am seeking employment as a home care giver because I miss working with people. I am comfortable and enjoy helping to keep one in their own surroundings ,which also can help mentally . Safety , nutrition and physical exercise -if able are most important. Keeping family informed are also important.
