I have been in this business since 1986 I have worked with a lot of interesting people .that I grew to love like my own I lost my cna certificate due to illness but now that I am better I am ready to get back to work and do what I love .my last case I was with for 11 years and went to work at a nursing facility until illness .but I am well now

I became a caregiver over 15 years ago. It has always been my passion in life to help others in any way I can. I would say I am definitely a people person. Very motivated, determined and confident. Treat others the way I want to be treated. I enjoy seeing others smile, which in return makes me happy. I have experience with the elderly, disabled. memory care, and behavioral health. One of my personal achievements is being able to continue my education. I received an Associate of Science in medical Billing and Coding Specialist.

I have been gifted with a passion for working with the geriatric population. I love my job. I have been blessed to have formed numerous bonds and lifelong friendships.

My name is kenyatta Jackson I'm 30 years old I became a caregiver in 2013 because I wanted to make a difference in others lives to give them hope and a chance to keep going regardless hard hard life may seems or regardless of what they are going through. I love helping other I always look at it as if it's my parents,grandparents or myself. As a caregiver my goal is to give them a reason to keep going even when life seems hard.

I have always loved to help others. That is what got me involved in the healthcare field. My father I have cared for over the last two years. I enjoy the pure thought of making a small difference even if it is something small.

I became a Cna in 2000. At first I wanted to become a caregiver just to say I followed in my mother's footsteps but after I became certified I actually feel in love with the job. Your heart really has to be in this to be the best caregiver you can be. I love being able to help and assist people that can no longer do everything for themselves and I look at them as I would my own family. Being a Cna this long has inspired me to want and be able to do more in the medical field so I'm currently enrolled in college working on my LPN. I'm a wife and mother of 4 beautiful daughters in which all of them support me fully in everything I do. I love life and being apart of the lives of others.

I became a caregiver because of the love and the relationship that I have for people. I wanted to become a doctor but I had kids and the feeling and compassion for people did not go away so I enrolled in a CNA school and started working at the nursing home but I was spending to much time one on one with the patients at the nursing home and my manager told me that I needed to stop spending so much time in those rooms and my heart and feeling for the patients was so strong that has they got sicker or passed away I found my self sad so I left the nursing home. One of the patients daughters asked about me and they gave her my number and she called and I explain to her the reason I left and she asked me would I consider going to the nursing home to take her of her mother for a couple of months until she was able to. I said yes and that is how I got started doing one on one care. I love one on one care because it gives me the opportunity to know the person and give them individual care. What I like about being a caregiver is making a difference in the client lives and their family. I am proud of raising 3 boys who went to college and are very successful and respectful to this world. I love to talk and do for others. I am a creator, I am a doer and I love to be with people. I have a husband with 3 boys one of them being a step son but I don't consider him a step son I consider him my son. I love sports and hanging around my family.
