What attracted me to this field was I use to go to work with my mother when I was in Jr. High School caring for patient in a nursing home, and the Private clients in their homes. I love being surrounded by older people, they are so full of wisdom and history. That is what drew me to being a care giver. Hello all, A little about me... My name is Britina (Brit). I attended University of Phoenix online and obtained my Associates Degree in Healthcare Administration while working full time at IBM and raising my three daughters. After 10 years at IBM I went on to work with developmental and intellectually disabled adults for a few years and from there I went on to Home Health Care where I was also assigned hospice cases. I've had very personal experiences while helping care for my father after he was diagnosed with colorectal cancer. If you would like to know more please feel free to reach out to me. MY CARING FOR OLD PEOPLE MAKE THEIR LIFE SPAN INCREASED, I TOOK CARE OF A DECLARED TWO WEEKS EXPIRED CANCER CLIENT AND WITH MY GOOD CARING, THE CLIENT LIVE MORE THAN EIGHT MONTHS MORE.
