My name is Melissa and I am 29 years old. I first became a CNA when my grandfather became ill, i realized how much it meant to him and myself to be there to help provide any care he needed from a loving and close family member. In that time we became so close. So after that i then became certified in the summer of 2015 because i knew I wanted to work in the medical field and continue to make a difference in helping all types of people. I got my first few years of experience in a couple longterm rehab nursing facilities. I am currently considering all jobs I come across here on carelinx. A few interests of mine are traveling and sight seeing, visits to the beach, outdoor adventures with family and friends, Art, music and reading a good book. Many would say my personality shows that am hardworking, driven and motivated, I am currently focused on my future and currently taking college classes online to further my education. **Availability-- I am currently availabe to work mostly late afternoon/night shifts at the moment/ 7 days a week, but depending on what u need I may be flexible, just reach out and ask! I became a CNA because I have always since I was little enjoyed taking care of others. I am passionate about what I do. I enjoy being able to take care of seniors and give them the best care in the comfort of their own home. I treat patient and their family with respect and like family to me.
