• Providing job-skills training, resume development, interview preparation, application assistance, intensive job-coaching and follow-along support to people with I/DD who wish to obtain and maintain competitive employment • Offer internships and volunteer opportunities within the community • Work with men and women to gain skills needed to communicate effectively with their supervisors, as well as peers • Transporting men and women to and from the program, as well as to different work/volunteer sites. Certified to give CPR/First Aid, as necessary • Complete daily and monthly documentation in accordance with their habilitation plans.

• Assist individuals in planning educational, recreational and cultural activities while adhering to their individualized plans • Transporting individuals to and from program, as well as to various inclusions as needed • Complete written documentation while maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations • Responsible for assisting individuals with personal financial transactions as well as budgeting • Encourage each individual to perform daily duties as independently as possible, while helping them as the opportunity arises • Assisting with toileting, ambulation, feeding, with regard to their skill level • Administering necessary medications, as well as first aid/CPR procedures • Qualified to perform SCIP-R techniques as needed • Supervise and assists each individual with shopping for personal items, while developing and maintaining beneficial and appropriate relationships with families, guardians, and other professional contacts • Communicate immediately with supervisors regarding any crisis in relation to the welfare of the individuals or maintaining a healthy and safe environment. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, toileting, preparing meals, administering medication, taking them out into the community, as well as providing therapeutic intervention to deescalate physical aggression • Taking part in individuals' semi-annual and annual meetings, including reviewing and signing off on treatment plans • Communicating the needs of the individuals to management, as well as completing all documentation per agency procedure • Transporting individuals safe and comfortable with a valid driver's license • Maintaining all licensures such as CPR/First Aid, SCIP-R, AMAP, etc. • Completing other duties as required.

• Provide physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities, such as getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, and exercising. • Remind patients to take medications or nutritional supplements. • Explain medical instructions to patients or family members. • Exercise patients who are comatose, paralyzed, or have restricted mobility. • Undress, wash, and dress patients who are unable to do so for themselves. • Turn or reposition bedridden patients. • Apply clean dressings, slings, stockings, or support bandages, under direction of nurse or physician. • Change bed linens or make beds.
