I have been a caregiver for over 20yrs. I was inspired when I was 12yrs old. My grandmother was dying of cancer and my grandfather hired a live in private nurse to take care of my grandmother. She was the best. So loving and caring towards my grandmother. Even though she was slowly slipping away from us. This nurse always made her smile and happy. I told myself that's how i want to make people feel. Taking care of people in their time of need. I enjoy making my patients happy no matter what they battling. I'm there to help keep the burden off them and assist during the time of need. And that's my personal award
