I have always had a passion for helping people. Especially those who find it difficult to achieve their daily activities. I have experience in both a hospital and a nursing home. My most useful qualities are kindness and patience. I believe patience is extremely important for this kind of role for many reasons such as working with elders who have dementia or for those who have limited mobility. Kindness is also important to build a trusting relationship with your client. The thing I enjoy most about being a caregiver is building a bond with the client, making them feel comfortable so that they see me as a friend rather than just a stranger.
