I have been a Certified Medical assistant for 28 years I have specialized in Orthopedics, Endocrinology, Cardiology, and Ear, Nose and Throat. I enjoy being around other people and being able to help them with their needs. It gives me great pleasure and joy when I'm able to make others feel better. I was a caregiver for my father for many years and I feel that that experience coupled with my medical assisting experience has made me more empathetic to people's situations.

After high school I worked with children for 8 years in group homes and in a psychiatric hospital before discovering Occupational Therapy. For the last 11+ years I have worked in skilled nursing facilities working with older adults with disabilities as an Occupational Therapy Assistant to increase their independence with meaningful activities.
