Measure and record food and liquid intake or urinary and fecal output, reporting changes to medical or nursing staff. Gather information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities. Record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate, as directed by medical or nursing staff. Observe or examine patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention, such as bruises, open wounds, or blood in urine. Exercise patients who are comatose, paralyzed, or have restricted mobility. Feed patients or assist patients to eat or drink. Communicate with patients to ascertain feelings or need for assistance or social and emotional support. Lift or assist others to lift patients to move them on or off beds, examination tables, surgical tables, or stretchers. blood collection, foley and catheter insertion and removal, telemetry placement and removal, BMS placement, Accucheks, specimen collections, wound care. Base pay is firm.

I'm a very compassionate caring person I'm been doing homecare for 35 years ot has always been my passion to help others in need because I feel I might be that someone someday, I've always gone over and beyond for my clients it's the little things that's done for a client that means so much something as simple as cleaning their glasses for them etc...I'm walking in my moms footsteps she taught me how to be not only a caregiver but be the best caregiver you can be someone is watching and I've always stood by what I was taught.
