The passion of helping others whom may or may not be able to help themselves is a blessing. I'm thankful for the ability to be able to do it. I have a kind heart and outstanding personality.

I am very laid back n bubbly per say personal. I love to make the ones I am caring for happy n all aspects of life. Regardless of the care they may be required. I am a open book listener and live to hear stories of their life for I seem to learn alot of things thru doing so. I've always cared for my family and after losing so many of the people and family it just seemed to me that was my calling in life. So I became a CNA after loosing my mom n dad n grandmother for it was something I really enjoyed doing was caring for the ones whom couldn't care for them selves and making them feel like they still could per say. Let them still have their own dignity n life and be comfortable with the life they was having to live at that time. I really enjoy the most about caregiving and being in the field of nursing the fact that I can help someone in a very tough time in their life no matter the circumstance. I am personally proud of my achievements because I have made some really good friends and all became family per say while caring for their loved ones. And some I still communicate with to this day even after the loss of their loved ones. I have a letter of recommendation from the last family that I cared for during their time of losing their loved one. That means the world to me that I made someone's life alot easier for them during the time of transitioning and all.

I have worked as a Behavioral Health Technician, working with developmentally disabled adults in group homes to provide healthy, safe, and productive home environments moving up to leadership roles receiving team leader role. I also worked in homes assisting immobile patients with showering, getting dressed, transferring to wheelchairs, and making breakfast. Assisted patients in achieving health goals working on weight loss and a healthy mindset, and setting micro habits to obtain overall wellness. I love assisting people and creating a healthy environment with quality and genuine companionship. One achievement as a caregiver that I am very proud of is his helping a patent think outside the box and empowering him to overcome the obstacles to feed himself independently for the first time at 28 years old.

I believe in making a difference in the lives we are involved in. I treat all my clients as I would want my parents treated if they were unable to care for themselves.
