I have being a caregiver for almost 20 years caring for the geratric population and young adults with cerebral palsy. I usually care from my H onesty E empathy A accountability T trustworthy to build a professional relationship with my clients to provide safe and quality care.

My mother in law was in a accident paralyzed when I was 17 I took care of her and ever since I just loved to see the smiles on families faces with the sense of relief knowing their loved one(s) are in great hands. My personal achievement is when a family states the client is stuck in certain ways and I can get them to open up to do things like paint or simple as having a conversation with me.

I am a great team member and natural leader. Me along with many others would say I am a hard worker and take my work serious. I love working with people creating a bond and friendship with someone I am caring for. What attracted me to being a caregiver was working for the first time in a Nursing facility as a support member. I was looking for a job and was interested in the medical field so I took my first job in that field starting at the facility. I was only allowed to help feed and talk to the patients but I realized I loved helping and wanted to be able to do as much as I can to help them so that encouraged me to get further qualified and become a CNA. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the feeling that I get seeing someone happier or feel more comfort because of something I did for them weather it was small or big, knowing that I helped them with something truly makes me happy. Along with the great conversations I have with many of the residents, I can learn something new or interesting about them everyday and become someone they trust.

I love providing companionship and emotional support, caregiving makes other's lives less lonely and more joyful. It also reminds me that everyday is an opportunity for kindness, compassion, and love.

Very outgoing young lady who loves the role as a caregiver. I respect others highly as they uphold me to care for their loved ones. There isn't anything I haven't done pertaining to my job title. I go above and beyond measures to make sure that my clients and their families are happy and well taken care of.

I think what makes me a care giver is ,if good gives me a long life I am going to meed help ,and I will like for someone to treat me whit the same TLC rhat i try to give to each person that was unther my care. I became a CNA to make a difrence is someone's life rhere sre so msny things whe take for granted if whe are healthy. My biggest acomplisment ,I went back to the facility were I was a supervisor a couple of days ago , I never expected the welcoming the resident's gave me,i never realized what a difrence I made in each one of our clients and residents thst were not our clients.

Hello I consider myself a great caregiver because I'm passionate about the needs and responsibility in caring for others. My ability as a strong caregiver goes beyond the call of duty as a dependable and trustworthy person that always thinks about how can I go further into improving myself educationally into what I need to become a better me in the healthcare field. I love to fish and be one with outdoors. I love big dogs , even though my husband and so have not gotten one for ourselves. Learning to be compassionate and patient before I become a nurse really drove me to become a caregiver. I enjoys helping others and hearing their lives stories during the work day. I am so proud I am able to start and finish school and I am so proud I got into a nursing programs.
