I spent 15+years as the Manager at Geriatric Services Agency in Phoenix, Arizona. My daily activities included screening potential clients, making house calls to clients to ensure the proper staffing is in place to fulfill the needs of the client. Interviewed potential caregivers, screened their resume, obtained background checks and ensured I was matching the right caregiver with the right client. In addition, constant follow-up with both client and caregiver to ensure compatibility. I am from a family of nurses (Mother, Sister, Sister-in-Law), I have always enjoyed working with people who require a caregivers assistance.
