About Meagan

I take pride in what I do. Working with people from all walks of life is something i enjoy. I take great care of not only my family but others as well. I have wanted to be a nurse since I was 15 and I have made that dream come true. I still have a ways to go but I want to get experience anywhere I can and in all forms. At this facility we had adolescents who had behavioral problems and difficulties with normal behavior. Here I would administer medications as prescribed by the physicians and monitor for any negative side effects. I would assist the residents with any first aide problems. Worked closely with the RNs to help form a plan for care. I would assist in behavioral emergencies where STAT medication would be given. I enjoyed working here, especially as a new nurse. I learned a lot about taking it slow with people and adolescents who have behavioral episodes.
