Update and maintain all digital client records and assist in transitioning hard copy records to digital format. EMR: Eclinicalworks Record patient information such as vital signs, weight and changes in medical history prior to each appointment. Performing EKGs as needed, drawing blood, labeling and packaging properly for lab pick up. Administering some vaccines such as Adacel, Menactra, Depo-Medrol, Pneumovax, TB testing and reading. Assisting the doctor with pap smears as needed. Clean and prepare exam rooms prior to patient appointment. Working in the front office taking care of tasks such as answering phone calls and greeting patients as they enter the office, verifying insurance through the EMR system or calling insurance, explaining patients insurance for them to better understand, collecting co-payments, deductibles and pass balance. Assist the nurse and office manager in maintaining the medical inventory and placing new orders as needed. Reviewing labs with patients up on doctor's request, prior authorizations, referrals with diagnosis, end of day and end-of-week reports.

Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands. Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
