Hi, My name is DeDe. I specialize in ALS clients. This experience led me to my true passion. Over the last 7 years I have worked with 10 different families who dealt with ALS. From stage 1-stage 4. Just because you are living with this crazy disease that doesn't mean you can't live a normal life. When I walk into a family's homes. I walk in with a positive attitude with a big smile on my face to ease the pain of all the troubles they are going through right now. I have worked in private homes, group homes, etc. My desire is for excellence, quality and most importantly "LIFE", and to provide individualized care to each of my clients with the utmost dignity and respect. I enjoy the opportunity to impact my clients' lives in a positive way. I appreciate the chance to get to know clients and their families and become an integral part of their lives. I always give 100% and do the best job I can with no exceptions and no excuses. I take care of my clients physically, mentally and emotionally to enable them to have the best quality of life possible. I am a compassionate person who enjoy helping others. I'm a registered CNA with CPR/BLS and EKG training, in Texas. I have over 20 years of experience with the elderly and disabled. After many years of working in a Hospital Business Office by day and caring for a family member at night, I decided to become a Caregiver to others. I know first hand what it is like to need assistance with the care of a loved one and realizing that you can't be there 24 hrs a day. The uncertainty of trusting someone else to do it for you can cause anxiety. I promise you that I will treat your loved one with kindness, dignity and respect, the same way I would like my loved ones to be treated. This isn't just a job for me, it is a ministry and a passion.
