Hi! First off, I admire the families that choose to hire someone to help their loved ones and not take the option of putting them in a nursing home. I have never been more content or more pleased then having a job as a caregiver. You're able to bring life back into the home, become apart of the family and commit yourself whole heartedly. I prefer to wear scrubs on the job. My job duties for the last 6 years as a caregiver w/ my most recent patient/s are as follows. . Cooking, cleaning, running errands such as groc shopping, driving them, pill mgmt and doctor appointments, I'm knowledgeable in Alz/ Dementia as well. As for the ladies I do gardening, decorating, manicure and pedicures as well as hair. I'm very organized and keep everyone on schedule. I'm a hard worker. I'm cpr/ first aid licensed and am also certified nursing assistant,I will take care of their bandages or any other wounds. I will go above and beyond for you and your family as if it's my own and I'm very good at keeping them company I have learned so much from bonding w/ the elderly. I love what I do. I won't let you down. I have commendable references also! Traveling is not an issue as long as it fits my schedule and it is the hourly wage is feasible.
