My options have been cut short because working for a facility you don't get the one on one connection you need with your person. I enjoy the little things such as Small talk, bonding and just keeping my person company. I love being able to care for someone and be prompt to their needs rather than working for a facility who doesn't put their residence as a priority. My person is my priority!
