I have been a certified CNA since 2002 didn't know what I was getting into and didn't really get into the groove of it till 2006 when it hit me realizing that we're all going to be in a place where we need assistance We all come in this world a child and we leave a child so what you put out is what you're going to get back so i treat everyone as if they were a loved one a family member because some other people I'm taking care of don't have any family I'm the first face they see in the morning and probably the last days they see at night everything I do comes from the heart it has to!
