I became a caregiver when My mother got really sick and I had to quit school in the 11th Grade to take care of her. and I every since been a caregiver for 10 years now and love every bit of been one. I'm not A CNA and never has been but to me you don't have to be certified to care about a person or to take care of anyone who need your help on a daily base. I have took care of many different people some watch were handicap some with Alzheimer /Dementia some who were blind but one thing I know for sure Is how to love them regardless of there situation because everyone of them have a heart a soul and feelings. and that is why I love been a caregiver. about myself I put everyone before me I'm 52 years old have 10 grandchildren and love each and everyone of them the same. I have took care of people my whole adult like and I wouldn't tread it for anything. I'm looking for work because the family I was working for decided it was time to put their love one in a home. what I'm proud of is that I had the opportunity to care for my mother who always cared for me and I'm proud that I'm the lady she Taught me to be.
