* Responsible for the administrative operations of the Holistic Medicine Service. * Responsible for financial planning and financial management, organization, development, direction and evaluation of The Holistic Medicine Service. * Aids staff in administrative matters relating to ongoing, daily successful operation of Holistic Medicine Service in a tertiary health care system. * Main contact for Human Resources related issues within Holistic Medicine, to include personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, terminations, extensions, and payroll issues for Title 5 and Title 38 positions. * Responsible for the budgeting and financial management including for budget formulation, justification, and execution; financial management; and financial reporting. * Provides advice to management and program personnel on budgetary and finance issues. * Manages budget formulation and execution for a changing budget involving different funding sources. * Briefs managers of schedules and data requirements. * Directs budget execution including monitoring balances, and status of projects, and recommends reprogramming of funds as needed. * Responsible for acting as the Approving Official for the Government Purchase Card; including preparing procurement requests, evaluating proposals for work, acting as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for procurement's, and maintaining procurement and contracting records.
