I am a caring and compassionate individual that comes with seven years experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant working in various expanses from Skilled nursing facilities to physical rehabilitation facilities to hospitals and home health. I decided in 2016 that it would be a good idea to advance my career in the medical field and became a Certified Medical assistant starting out in urgent care/family practice to move into Cardiology practice which I have enjoyed over the past two years (Between Montana and in St. George UT). Sadly in 2018 I did let my Certified Nursing Assistant certificate expire, so I would be a personal care attendent in this capacity doing the same thing as a CNA. Since I have started the pre-requisits for Nursing in 2021 at Dixie state University to regain my certification is in the works. What attracted me to being a caregiver is my family has been in the medical field for three generations so I am following suite. I took care of my grandparents for four years prior to becoming a CNA. Then I was encourage by my family to get my certificate and continue on. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the ability to meet people on their needs and fulfilling what missing and helping them through some of the most difficult times in their life. Something that I am most proud of is seeing my patients leave with a smile when they are confronted with challenges and helping them transition from chaos thinking to clear avenues of thoughts and peace.
