I decided to become a caregiver when my grandmother needed full time care. I would sit with her throughout the day, do her cleaning and cooking, grocery shopping etc. I enjoy the company if people in general, hearing stories about their lives and interacting with their friends and family. I am able to build a bond with the people I work with, this is not a 'job' to me, I genuinely care about the people I work with. I am 35 years old, have 2 children, 16 & 10. I think I am fun and outgoing, and am able to adapt to my surroundings.
