I am Personal Care Assistant with volunteer experience working in convalescent homes caring for elder disabled patients. Knowledgeable on HIPAA compliance, My goal in life is to help people, I am planning to pursue a future in nursing and view this oppurtunity of being a pca as the first to many steps I will need to take I am passionate about patient quality of life, and making sure people can still feel that they are valuable and capable my job is to practice safe teaching and encourage independence but I hope that I can be the encouraging voice they need along the way, although I am new to the field and have experience only through volunteer work I have done labs while training for my pca certificate that I am strongly capable of caring for.
