I became a caregiver because I enjoy taking care of people. I have taken care of my mother and grandmother which has inspired me to help others who are unable to care for themselves. I have been a Certified Nurse's Assistant for over 23 years and I have a passion for taking care of others and making sure they are provided with the things they are unable to do themselves such as bathing, feeding themselves, dressing, running errands, medication reminders and just sitting down listening to them. I am very proud of myself for being able to return to school seeking my bachelor's degree. I love to smile and make others smile. I have one son and one granddaughter whom are the apple of my eyes.
