I know how to empathize in situations where I need to be empathetic. Patience and flexiblity is a must I get it, there are times when you might need someone to show up unannounced at any given time. I always put the needs of my senior first and I am able to take charge when necessary. I'm known for being a good listener but an excellent communicator. I can be creative at times making each day a little different, an overall good time. I am also committed and dependable and supportive. To me a sense of humor is acceptable to anyone, it brings the magic to the room & enlightenment shines right through, so yes I see myself as a humorous person at times. Every day I am capable of being emotionally tough to not only protect, but to instruct the patient on the things that need to be done, showing a sense of Independence which shows cooperation. I should be physically fit and have a strong constitution and I will be always available able to perform light housekeeping duties at all times.
