About Kathy

I began working in a nursing home while in high school. I enjoyed taking the time to care for my clients in the home on a daily basis. For 40 intermittent years I have care for many different types of people who needed assistance and help with their daily lives. I very much enjoy caring for alzheimers patients and also dementia. I've worked with Parkinson's disease clients, multiple sclerosis, The sheer fact of making their responsibilities easier satisfies me.

Heartfelt Elder care

I tend to my clients needs on a daily basis because my client has alzheimers / dementia disease. I cook, do laundry, retrieve the clients mail and newspaper. I make sure that my client is always safe and secure inside and outside of the house. I assist in clothing my client in the morning and evening. I make sure the client is clean and well groomed.

No matter what stage of Dementia they are in I love to encourage calm, peaceful, and fun interaction. I am open to providing home health care for those who have other needs as well. I have cared for those with Parkinson's, Strokes, and Quadriplegics. I have several references if needed. I am ready and available to work, anywhere from 48 to 72 hrs a week, as a live in private health care provider.
