I became a care giver when I cared for my father during his hospice time, and later I also cared for my mother in law durning her final days. . I enjoy working with seniors because they share some really good stories with me of history. As a preteen I would spend a lot of my time visiting at convalescent hospitals . My personal anchievements is knowing that when I leave my shift I am satisfied with my clients knowing that my client was at peace and content. It is impotant to me that I leave my client with a sense of self worth of themselves. I want them to know that they are important, and that they have meaning in life. I understand that each client would have a different task and different ways of care.. I always do my best to make sure that their needs are met.. I am a compassionate person. and treat my clients with the upmost respect. I believe that they deserve to be treated with dignity. And I will do what I have to, so that they know they are in good hands with me. I have a car with full coverage insurance. That goes with a perfect driving record. I do light house keeping and will run errands for them. Reading to my clients is a plus for me. It opens doors for a open conversation for us. I also have my bachelors degree in social services.
