About 20 years ago, we got the best news of all time. After 5 years of steady infertility work, we welcomed our son into the world! Having had a baby and giving it a great deal of thought, I gave up my job in IT. Soon after, a close friend asked me to help out with her Mom who suffered from Parkinson's disease. Another life changing event! I learned that computers would break, I'd fix them but not much reward in that. When people break, I was all in! And here I am still going strong. The best part? In many cases, the clients and their families and friends became my best friends for years to come.
