Hello there, my name is Jennifer Stoeger. I am a twenty-five year old mother of two beautiful children and a wife. I have been a care giver for just about five years and counting. I came into this line of work with no idea how meaningful it would be to me, my nana had dementia as I was growing up and I've seen how it can effect a family frist hand. When I am taking care of someone it always reminds me of my nana and i can't help but feel love. What I enjoy most about this line of work is getting to know all the diffrent people and learning who they are as a person, helping them over come daily obstacles, spending time doing fun things like going on outings and doing crafts. Over the last five years I have worked mostly with seniors that have earily to late stages of Alzheimer's and dementia. What makes me so good at my job is all the experience I've have working with all the diffrent people I've gotten to know. I truly love helping others. I am soft spoken, full of patience and understanding, and I have lots of love to give, and above all I am always respectful. I don't treat this like a normal job, everyone is family and everyone deserves a caregiver who knows the difference.
