I Merlyn Jackson i became a caregiver in 1997 but my certification had overlapped so i did renew them im moving to Smyrna area august 1 2020 .what made me a better caregiver is when i worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant the nurse i worked with always pointed out my mistakes so i learned from her telling me my mistakes. What attracted me to become a caregiver is that my mother was RN and i wanted too follow in her footsteps but i became comfortable been on the floor caring for the resident What i enjoy about been a caregiver is that seeing the smiles on heir face My achievement is that i share my skills with the younger ladies that never done caregiver work
