Being prideful, positive, and empathetic makes me a great caregiver. As a kid, I'd always tell my parents that I want to do something great for someone. As I got older, my passion for working with the elderly grew! I would volunteer for local nursing homes & go and visit residents on my free time. The things I enjoy the most about being a caregiver are just being able to put a smile on someone's face & be their extra support when they need it! I am most proud of the personal growth such as self control and communication skills that I have learned over the years.
