I love the interaction, the closeness and the level of respect I can give as an outsider. I have plenty of references. I am skilled with Medicare insurance and DME companies to get supplies so patients don't have to pay out of pocket so they can get what they need to stay home. I have worked with doctors and agencies to get care that is needed. My patients become family and I take care of them as such. I have worked with loved ones that have Alzheimer's, Dementia, ALS, and everything in between. I am very good at my job and I do very much take a lot of stress off the family members. I I am very good at my job and care deeply for the people I take care and treat them as I would my own. I have always made sure I am worth what I make. And if I can make their days better than my day is better!! My pay depends on hours and job. It is not set in stone. Also, I have had calls from people that have wasted my time. Please don't waste my time. I love what I do and am very good at it, I have plenty of experience and can get anything for my patients. So, when people waste my time it takes away from my patients.

I care about everybody, and try too help out as many people as possible. It brings a smile too my face when I see others smile, and i know I'm doing everything I can too make that person comfortable and happy. What I really love about being a caregiver is the conversations I have with the elderly. Hearing about their life, and diffrent expirences they went through sometimes are life changing. Just getting too know them and knowing I'm helping someone makes me happy. One of the achievements I'm proud of is passing my TNA classes & getting a certificate. That made my day.

I'm a certified nursing assistant as well as a certified medication technician. I also have CPR and First Aid training. I have 11 years of experience. I've worked for my current employer for 11 years. I was also a school nursing assistant for 3 years. I have worked with the elderly in their homes.

As a care giver, what makes me a great is rendering a satisfactory care to clients and also making sure I met their goals per their plan of care. I love helping/assisting people reach their goals and what I enjoyed most about being a caregiver is putting a smile on my patients face at the end of my shift.
