I'm a certified Nursing Assistant I became certified by the state in 2001. I have 20 years experience working with patients with Dementia and Alzheimer's . I also have experience working with patients that need assistance with transferring, showers, feeding and all ADL's.

I have had the pleasure of helping people in their own homes for 3 years now. I am currently working with people of all ages with developmental disabilities. I can assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, medication management, hygiene, transportation, appointments, and companionship. I love what I do, and enjoy the rewarding feeling I get after a day's work. I am a native Floridian and a lifetime resident of this area. Believe it or not, I love the heat! I enjoy outdoors activities like hiking, boating and swimming. I am a mother to 3 adult sons, and 3 four legged babies, so caregiving is in my DNA. Available for weekdays and nights, and an occasional weekend shift.

I enjoy people in general. I enjoy being around people as well as making people happy. I have always been very nurturing and know that I have a lot to offer in respects to giving a little relief to families when it comes to caring for their loved ones. My expertise is in childcare which is very similar to adult care in many aspects. I have been a CNA for 20 years. I have been employed with the same agency for 18 years, & I've had a few of my current clients for 10-11 years. I don't look at them as clients anymore, they're more like family. Being a CNA is not a job for me, its a PASSION. I absolutely love what I do. Nothing makes me feel better then making my clients smile. I think that having the passion to help others is a blessing. I am currently in the process of furthering my education in the nursing field, but I am undecided as to which direction I want to go in. But whatever I decide to do, I know that I'm going to make alot of people happy & comfortable, & that is my goal.

Caregiving is a not a job for me. I have always been drawn to helping people. Wether it is a family member or a complete stranger my level of compassion is unwavering.

I have a desire to be a caregiver to establish a connection with someone in need; I want to help them with their daily activities but also help them do the things they love to do.

To whom it may concern; I became a caregiver so that I could help those who cannot always help themselves. I love being a caregiver because I love being able to have a one on relationship with my patients. I am proud to have become a mother, A Certified Nurse Assistant and a College student. I am a God fearing Christian woman and an animal lover.

I'm a great caregiver because I genuinely care about who I work with. I'm patient, compassionate, gentle, experienced, intelligent and I get along well with everyone with a few exceptions, there always are. I have been a caregiver since I was in high school and I grew up in and around the field with my mom being a nurse. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them to keep their independence and assisting them how I can to improve their quality of life. I have a level two background check as required by the agency I currently work with and am currently working on my CNA. I'm proud that through my knowledge and experience that I was able to effectively care for my father while he had all of his various medical issues from cancer to diabetes and cirrhosis, I know I made his life more comfortable till the end.

I'm a student from PHSC NORTH, I'm working towards the RN Program and I'm working as a caregiver! I'm compassionate and believe that everyone deserves quality care.

I became a caregiver because the compassion and understanding I have for helping others. As a young girl I watched my grandmother take care of her mother and so on and so forth. I then took an interest in the love and devotion of caring for others myself. So I went to school and received my license to be a C.N.A. The most rewarding part of being a caregiver is watching my clients get well and return back to their normal activities of daily living. I am personally proud of my self for earning the reward as MVP of the year as a homecare aid back in 2005 and I furthered my education and earned my bachelors in health care administration.

I have been a Licensed Practical Nurse for the past 20 years, but have been in the health care field for the past 23 years. I am a very hard working, caring, honest and loving person who became a care giver because I love helping people in need of care.

I have had extensive work experience in seniors with Alzheimer's and Dementia giving me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people. I believe I could fit easily into your team. I am a conscientiously person who works hard and pays attention to details that many people won't. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm. No drama over hear just a hard working woman, ready to work. I also have my HHA and CNA I have excellent references as well.
