Hi My name is Deiana Allen and I've been in the Healthcare field for about 5 years. I started as a Medical Assistant and have since transitioned to a Phlebotomist acquiring my CPR Certification. Delivering quality healthcare to a variety of patients has been my passion since high school and I demonstrate such in my work ethic. Providing patients with quality and genuine care is my purpose.

I became a caregiver because I have older adults in my family that needed help and I was available to assist them in whatever they needed. I like the role of a caregiver, it gives me a sense of purpose in someone life other than family members. My experience as a caregiver has taught me enough to know how to care for an older adult, in the nursing home, hospital, or if they choose to be at home where they are most comfortable. I love my job. I learn new things and meet new people with amazing stories to share and I truly love to hear the stories. My personal achievement that I'm most proud of, was being able to be there for my father when he needed me the most. He has always been there for me so now it was my turn to do the caring and I enjoyed it to the fullest and I wouldn't trade that for nothing in the world. I'm good at what I do, my compassion to my job speaks for itself. The people I meet, and the skills I learn, are on a day to day basis. I learn something new everyday and I'm so grateful that God has given me this talent to take care of someone else besides my own. Everybody needs a companion why not let it be me.

What makes me a great care giver is I genuinely care about the safety and well being of other people. Especially people who can not help themselves. I take pride in my work, and I give it my all. I put myself in their situation, what if it was myself, my siblings, my parents or my children. No one deserves to be mistreated, I love what I do and thats making someone smile, happy and comfortable!

I become a caregiver since my teenager age ,I used to take care of my grand mom until she passed away, I have a care giver experience for more than 20 years. I love taking care of elderly because they need help and I have a passion helping them, I am so proud of myself for helping these people in need through the years. A highly dependable person seeking a caregiver position where I may apply my skills and provide an excellent customer care. I am a CPR certified ,Medical assistant certified and more therefore I will be a good fit for this position.
