One year of experience in an office setting in which primary responsibilities included speaking to clients on the phone. You must be extremely organized and have the ability to multi-task. Key Responsibilities:

• Explain the value and many benefits of CareLinx to Caregivers in a clear and concise manner.
• Assist the Family Advisor team in achieving placement goals by helping caregivers get jobs.
• Experience with Sales Force CRM.
• Be warm, kind and caring -- and build strong relationships with the caregivers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the team with identifying and reporting website and other system issues, to help us improve customer satisfaction.
• Log all calls and email in our customer databases.
