CareLinx.com Gets a New Look. When I set out to create CareLinx in 2011, my focus centered on improving the way in which families seeking caregivers could find and hire the right ones for their loved one's needs. That mission to continually look for better, smarter ways to improve the process for both parties is a core part of the culture at CareLinx. And the reason for our exciting new website. We're quite excited by the brand new look and all the work done behind the scenes to make the site easier to use for families and caregivers alike. A big thank you to those among you who volunteered to serve as our caregiver "guinea pigs" and test the site before it went live. Your feedback on what you liked -- and what you didn't -- was incredibly helpful and the final version reflects a lot of your great input. While we obviously swapped out the earlier blue and white colors, more than just the colors have changed. We've streamlined the process of posting a job to make it easier for families and added additional profile options for our caregivers to really tell their professional story well to prospective family-employers. We also added a lot more images -- including pictures of real CareLinx caregivers and even a few of the friendly faces here at CareLinx. We also introduced bigger, easier to identify icons to help all users, but especially older adults with compromised vision, find the information they seek. The new CareLinx.com website is also fully optimized for mobile devices, so you can apply for job, send messages, submit time-sheets and more while on the go!
