Caregiver Advocates - National Conference on March 21, 2016

Especially for caregiver advocates - Carelinx CEO Sherwin Sheik spoke at the 10th Annual National Conference of Caregiver Advocates. The conference was on Monday, 3/21 in Washington, DC. This year's theme was "The Next 20 Years in Caregiving." Gail Gibson Hunt, President & CEO, National Alliance for Caregiving, gave an overview and introduced a series of panel discussions. Panel discussion topics included: Federal Policy Perspectives on Family Caregiving; Aging in Place—What’s in Store for Home-Based Care?; Dementia— How Can New Diagnostic Tools Help Caregivers?; and What’s the Business Case for Caregiving? The lunchtime keynote was on "Technology Solutions for Caregivers: What Does the Future Hold?" by David Lindeman of UC Berkeley Center for Technology and Aging.
