I love helping people especially when there is an disadvantage where they can't do fr themselves. I have a niece with cerebral palsy, she is now 15 I have been helping take care of her her whole life. I enjoy seeing the joy on people face when you help them when they are in need. I am a very loving and caring person, I get pleasure out of life knowing I am helping others.

1.As a kid my dream was to help people that could help themselves. 2.Taking care of my patients helping them, talking to them learning something I never knew just been there with my patients need me just to talk are hold there hand.3. I got my medical assistant Diploma.4.My name Tracy Walker i'm 42 years of ages I have been in this field for a long time 10 are more years I have take care of my grand mother both of my grand mother before they pass on and it just been a love of mind to care for the older people. I also want to utilize my experience and work ethic to bring a significant improvement in the lives of patients.

I respect the individual rights of others who need assistance with things they are no longer able to do physically or mentally. Understanding many apprehensions someone may have with allowing someone they don't know but must get to know for what they need the most in quality of life struggles. I've assisted many family members (some terminally ill) with personal cares to include my late husband. My heart goes out to those in need of care and I am prone to providing that assistance with pleasure if able. A client's inability to do what they would like can be frustrating, I love being able to help those in need with pleasure. It's the christian thing to do, in my mind. I am emotionally drawn to someone's needs to include assisting even in public with wheelchair assistance, walking assistance, in store help when I recognize the need for help, lifting or carrying bags, reading labels, visual help, etc. I've prepared many meals, assisted with housekeeping chores, personal care, transportation, errands and enjoy the companionship. I feel that I'm a natural caregiver being a nuturing mother and devoted wife for many years. I'd like to extend those services to whoever I can help as it will also help in fulfilling a purposeful lifestyle that I wish for. I

I am highly dependable, responsible, and accountable. I'm one to commit to a job not only because it's my passion, but also to make a career to go above and beyond.

I became a caregiver because my grandma was a sick and I didn't know what demetria was. I enroll in school and learned the stages and process to better know what my grandma was going through. I am an very caring and impatient person and enjoy helping the elderly. It brings joy to my heart knowing I made a difference in someone life and put a smile on their face. They have such wisdom stories. Im a firm believer in you get back what you put into the universe.

I'm not much for bragging on my self but I will say that I have innate sense of selflessness and empathy, I try to show a willingness to serve, an absence of “attitude,” and the patience to weather a patient’s bad days, all with a smile on my face. I believe that happiness and laughter are on of the greatest heal tool ever. I love providing home caregiving services to those that would otherwise not be able to do so. The smile on their faces is overwhelming and makes me feel I have done my job right. Or when your doing some little something special for them, they stop you, and say thank you. I have always enjoyed helping people so I know I am doing the right thing. Meeting new people and providing caregiving services that they can no longer do for themselves. I enjoy the opportunity to impact peoples’ lives and make a difference to them. I appreciate the chance to get to know clients and their families and become an integral part of their lives. I will always give 100% and do the best job I can, with no exceptions or excuses, just as I did with my dad when he was ill with cancer. I also try to bring a sense of humor to my work. If I can add a smile or laugh to a client’s day, that means a lot to me. It is important to laugh.

I love caring for people. Helping people live their lives as independently as possible. I am fairly new to the senior community but I have cared for my father for a while and I am proud of that. I worked in childcare for over 12 years and I loved every minute of it and I wanted a change but I still wanted to care for people so I decided to go from little people to grown up people. I am very coachable and I love to learn new things and improve on what knowledge I have already obtain.

I decided I was ready for a career change and taking care of others is my passion. I went to night school to earn my CNA so I could be certified to provide others with the care they need.
