My personality is i'm creative , respectful , organized , and very observant . having grandparents attracted me to being a caregiver . i enjoy helping others and caring for people that need help the most . a personal achievement i'm proud of is helping with my grandmother she inspires me and i help her a lot .

I became a caregiver because I enjoy helping our seniors with everyday life, I enjoy learning about their lives, I like for them to know that they still matter even as they grow older, that someone still has time for conversation. I know that their families have busy lives and while they do care very much for their elders, their everyday lives are complicated with taking care of everyday issues like the bills. I want to be that person they can lean on to let their aging family member know how special they are to them, I do not want to replace them, I just want to be there when they cannot. I believe that I have stated pretty well what I like about being a caregiver. I am proud that I have overcome some devastating things in my life and have moved on to be a better person who has a great deal of patients, caring attitude, loving respect for others, and want to share a smile with our aging community. I enjoy making others smile and bringing laughter to someone Else's life no matter what is going on in my personal life. I do not bring any personal problems to work with me, I do not feel like you should make someone feel unhappy because you may have issues to deal with, personal problems should stay personal and not a problem for the people you are helping.

I became a caregiver because many of the elders around me were starting to need help with various day to day activities. The most fulfilling thing to me about caregiving is being able to make someone else day better by simply just being there. I am proud of myself for making the decision to further my education. I am a kind hearted, hard-working individual that loves to smile and strives to make somebody's day each day.

I became a caregiver because I have always took care of my grandfather. I also use to go to work with a sister when she worked as a caregiver. I love to help the elderly their full of Joy, stories, and need much love. The thing I love about being a caregiver is the bond. I get a bond so quick by just talking to them. I proud of graduating school and that I'm still here. I am a high graduated with some college education, no kids, fast learner, multitasking, organized, clean, respectful. I have a open/flexible schedule. I love to make people smile and laugh.

I was growing up taking care of my great grandmother up until I was 16 years old. I enjoyed every single moment of it. Seeing a smile of appreciation for what you're doing for them is such a good feeling. I just moved to the area and had to leave my full time job, since then I've been trying to find another. I have open hours and I can do anything you need me to do. Driving places/cleaning/doctor app. I would love to get to know someone around here and spend my time helping them.

I have over 3 years as a caregiver, I love People, I do any job that I take on 100%. I treat people like I would want to be treated, If given the chance I could show you what I could do. I am a hard worker, dependable, responsible, and love being in the health care field.

I decided to become a Caregiver because I believe that it one of the most rewarding careers, to really be able to make a real difference in someone's life. I love the deep sense of satisfaction and accomplishment I get from being a caregiver. I truly feel like it enriches my life and it has helped me realize some inner strengths and abilities that I hadn't realized I possessed. Being in this field has helped me find a greater sense of purpose in my life and it has open so many doors for me. One personal achievement that I am proud of is Volunteering at Villacorta Elementary with mentally disabled students. In doing that I learned what it really means to be selfless. I am an extremely giving person I have a lot of experience working with disabled persons and I will do what ever I can in power to help another person. I have a lot of love to give and I love putting a smile on someone's face and making them laugh.

I became a caregiver at the age 16yrs old my aunt was bed bond for most of my life couldn't really do anything so I took on the responsibilities to make sure she was well taken care of. She did have a nurse but I felt she didn't do a great job. the things I like about being a caregiver I love to help others that need that extra hand when needed cause I have been around a lot of people in my family that has always need that extra hand. the achievements I am proud of are grad from high school taking great care of my family and friends and always have a open mind to new things. I became a Caregiver because when I was younger I seen my family member being mistreated when they were hospitalized. My name is Angela, Im not a cna or anything but I love to help people. I become a caregiver because I feel the need to give back and help somebody that is in need. My grandmother been in and out hospitals and nursing homes and I was the only one who can take care of her. With the bathing, making her foods, doing her hair and all. I think the key is having patience and knowing your help is really appreciated.
