I am a CNA with more than ten years of experience working as a caregiver. I am a loving, honest, kind, reliable, dependable, and caring person. I enjoy caring for the people and help them to enrich their needs. I have cared for people with Dementia,/Alzheimer , Spinal cord injury, ALS, Parkinson's , Deabetic & cases that comes along with aging. I also cared for people with developmental disabilities and worked with children in a day care settings. Along with giving care I do light housekeeping, laundry, run errands and doctor's appointment. Caring for people is my passion. It makes me happy to see that the persons needs are met.

I started of in the caregiving field with taking care of my grandfather. In the process I got to learn a lot and I did enjoy doing it. I treat every client like my own family with love and compassion. Every client had different needs, so I get to understand the client first and foremost. I mostly enjoy the learning process in caregiving, no matter how long one has been a caregiver, we get to learn new things every time. I once had a client who had dementia (late stage), who did not want to go to bed (it was late at night). One thing that the client enjoyed was watching animal documentaries . I showed the client pictures of different animals that I had taken when I went to Kenya and the client calmed down and I was able to redirect the client to bed. My patience with the client helped me assure the client that I was on her side. This scenario really made me proud of the caregiver that I'm becoming. I love what I do.

The skills and experience I have as a caregiver makes me do my job with confidence. I like helping people in need and that made me have the interest of being a caregiver. I enjoy when I see my clients trust me and feels safe. Clients activities of daily living and achieving their goals. I am happy of what I do to help people in need to live happily in their homes or facility.

I have had a lifelong love for taking care of seniors since I was 12 years old. I volunteered at my hometown nursing home. I now have 8 years of professional experience providing care for seniors.

I am a CNA and an Optimal Aging caregiver \"Diamond Partner\" I charge $25-$30 an hour. I am willing to work shifts of 2-4 hrs. I have a background check on hand. I started caring for my grandma, who had a stroke after my grandpa died. She needed help with pet care, reading, driving, cleaning up, cooking etc. Later I went to college and volunteered with a local senior care facility where I helped with personal and physical needs as well as companionship. I am a happy, caring person who finds spending time with the elderly is so rewarding for both myself, and the client alone. I have physical limitations that keep me from some duties, but I do what I can quickly, efficiently, and with compassion.

Hello my name is Carolyn. I have over 23 yrs experience. I started my care giving helping take care of my younger brother who experiences Fetal Alcohol/Dylantin Syndrome. I currently work doing in home care.

I am passionate and caring. I cared for my mom since 2006 until she passed on in 2015 at the age of 103 years. Since then, I realised I wanted to do it professionally. I have worked in the hospital for 20 years, and this gave me an exposure to the needs and care for sick and recovering. It gives me great joy to work with geriatrics and people with special needs.

#I love helping and making a difference in someone elses live. #l love it when i witness what my presence does to make someones live a joy, a sparkle in their live. #my greatest satisfaction was when i witnessed one dear senior come out of hospice, after only 3 months of my employment. Why? Because all she needed was patience with feeding as she was a very slow eater. And she was not on any medication but she was underweight which led her to being placed on hospice.

Am compassionate, caring, honest caregiver who enjoy helping other people in the society. What attracted me to be a caregiver was that; My father suffered spinal injuries after a road accident, so i worked along with my mother in helping him recuperate. The joy i saw in his eyes every time I helped him made me realize this was something i was meant to be doing for the rest of my life. I love making a difference in peoples lives.Each thank you and smile motivates me to continue doing what i do best; helping others have a fulfilling life. What makes me a great care giver ? Because , I have been working with SO many different types of care with many clients over 10 years experience. I like being a care giver. I am hard worker, honest and peasant problem solved. With Dignity.

I believe that everyone has the right to do what they like in life. I am there to assist with whatever my clients interests are whether it be ballroom dancing at the senior centers, scrabble, arts and crafts, music, cooking etc. I have cooked for diabetics and I am into healthy food myself which includes a garden every spring and summer. I often bring flowers to my clients from my garden as well. I have done everything from assisting bedridden clients to working as a companion/caregiver for those with dementia and alzheimer's. I am puntual, have a reliable car and great references. I am an HCA and have taken many classes. I have also graduated from a medical assistant program. I hope to hear from you and enjoy your day!

I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where l have one-on-one interaction with others. You enjoyed taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. I like older adults and feel you can get along well with a variety of elders. Feelings of deep satisfaction.
