I am a mature and compassionate lady with a positive attitude towards service delivery as a skilled Direct Support professional with passion in helping those who need support and care. I support clients in line with their individual care plan, give appropriate choices, and encourage positive support behavior. I have a goal of achieving an attitude in supporting and assisting with Activities of Daily Living and providing a superior level of compassionate care. I am confident my proven success in support care will significantly contribute in making a positive impact on client lives.

I am patient,kind, and respectful with a good sense of humor when needed. I started out caregiving for a family member with dementia. I was told I might want to do caregiving professionally. I went through the course to become a home care aide.I seem to have a calming affect on my clients and I am an excellent cook and my clients usually enjoy my cooking. I took care of a couple in their 80s for a year and they said I was like part of their family. I took care of them till the end of their life and they ended up bedridden needing personal care.I have had various clients with various conditions three years and I provide good companionship and much respect to all.

I am a mother to my adult son who is independent and lives out of state. I supported my beloved parents for over 20 years. I treat my client's like family and I am always happy to see my client's happy with my service. I have been in the industry for over 16 years. I love what I do and have all the time to do my job without any limitations. I am a compassionate care giver. I am a fun person to be around. Love what I do and my clients are always happy with what I do for them. I am reliable and always on time to do my job. I do trust you will be happy with my work.

Because I have the passion,I like helping the people who are not able to work for them self,am also proud to see my client are always happy and I can do for them what am surppose to do

I am enthusiastic and am trustworthy. I enjoy making connections with those who I am working with. I like a job doing work that helps people directly. I like the friends I make along the way, and feeling like my job helps people. A personal achievement I am proud of in caregiving is forming long term connections with the people I've cared for. One outside of caregiving is my long term efforts towards my own goals, such as violin and art.

Patience is what makes me a great care giver, apart from that i am also a detailed worker '. I became a caregiver at an early age, my grandmother was paralyzed when i was a teenager and i used to help my mother take care of her. I would help her with bed bathes, cooking , laundry and other duties. When she died i decided to go to a nursing school for eighteen months but along the way gave it up in order to do something else. After some years when i came to the USA and finding that i can still take care of elders with different disabilities i became interested and trained as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I like being a caregiver because it makes me happy to take care of somebody who can not take care of themselves. To make them feel the sense of belonging and that i care about them. The personal achievement i am so proud of is that i have gained so much experience that i can handle most assignments without supervision.

Am compassionate, caring, loving, always on time for work, enjoys team work .

Ive been apart of the in home care partnership for 20+ years, working with simple compassion ship to hospice care. I've enjoyed providing in home care to our community with dignity, respect, and honor! The best part of my experience is that I've gotten the opportunity to show kindness and love to those in need, and take pride in my career.
